Customer – Railway Infrastructure Systems Engineering Company

Brief – Vee Solutions’ client was highly stretched in delivering to customer commitments and unable to fully resource a bid for a major collaborative project.

Contribution – Vee Solutions was the key contributor on behalf of the client into the collaboration with the two other partners, each leaders in their own fields.  Vee Solutions exploited Dr. Considine’s deep understanding of systems engineering management, in similar high technology engineering environments, to deliver a practical contribution to the overall bid.  Dr. Considine supported tender presentations to the executive board of the final customer.

Outcome – The bid was delivered on time to the ultimate customer.  The customer down-selected the partnership’s bid into one of the top three (out of nine) tenders.  The partnerships reputation was strengthened by the extremely credible bid.
