Integrated Baseline Review – Independent review of a project once it has started to confirm that the project team have generated a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) plan that is robust enough and detailed enough to manage the project.

The IBR will include aspects such as the implementation Earned Value Management within the Project Control System (PCS) as well as considering the PMB itself. If necessary a review of the effectiveness of the Systems Engineering aspects can be included within the IBR.

Caching – where necessary teams and individuals can be supported through a major change process using external standards (such as the CMMI and ANSI EVM standards) as a means of driving the change.
