Programme Development and Delivery

Project Control System (PCS) Development and Implementation; – A robust project control system is an essential pre-requisite to delivering a programme using the Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology. The standard EVM methodology is articulated in ANSI Standard 748 which defines what an EVM system should accomplish in controlling programme delivery.

Vee Solutions have supported the development and implementation of project controls on a major defence programme enabling them to deliver a Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for an Integrated Baseline review (IBR).

CMMI Implementation Programme Leadership – The SEI’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a globally recognised standard that high technology organisations can use to assess their ability to deliver complex software and systems engineering projects. Vee Solutions have supported clients’ CMMI implementation programmes in both leadership and mentoring roles.
