Customer – Railway Infrastructure Systems Engineering Company

Brief – Deliver Systems Engineering Management know-how into a time-critical tender pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) for a very high profile (globally relevant) new-build railway infrastructure project.

Contribution – The customer’s systems engineering management resources were heavily committed to existing customer projects and were unavailable to respond to the PQQ in time.  Vee Solutions deployed rapidly and, utilising many years experience of high technology engineering projects, were able to make an immediate impact on the delivery of the Expression of Interest (EoI).  The proposed project was in collaboration with two other major companies.

Outcome – The EoI was delivered on time and Vee Solutions’ Client was invited to tender by their customer.
