Customer  – Defence equipment project

Brief – Support an Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) of a major defence equipment project from a Systems Engineering Management perspective.

Contribution – The majority of the IBR was focused on the formal Earned Value Management (EVM) aspects of the project to determine whether the project had an adequate baseline plan.  Over the course of an in-depth review, lasting three and a half days, Vee Solutions Ltd contributed an independent assessment of the engineering aspects of the project.  The assessment, from a systems engineering management perspective, was seeking confirmation that these aspects were adequately managed.

Outcome – Vee Solutions Ltd prepared a systems engineering focused summary report detailing the IBR findings.
